Instructions for Membership and Entry:

1. Download or UPDATE the Rodeo Results app.  If you are a first-time user, you will create an account that can be used with ALL of the producers using Rodeo Results.  If you already have an account do not create another.

2. Click on Playday/Gymkhana and then Future to see the events-Select the HPA event

3. Click Enter, choose your events, and pay. The one-time membership fee will be included.  You now have the option to save your payment method AND link accounts if you are managing multiple contestants.

4.  You will receive an email verifying your entry.

5. The app now has a Messages button where you can message HPA directly with any entry questions or issues.  Once you are entered, you will get a message with 2 links.  One is to complete the membership form and release of liability with birth certificate upload.  The other is to upload your Coggins for this event.  THESE ARE REQUIRED AND THE CONTESTANT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE WITHOUT THESE FORMS COMPLETED.

By recommendation of the Texas Animal Health Commission, we are requiring submission of up-to-date Coggins tests and owner information for EACH HORSE THAT WILL BE ON THE PREMISES for EACH HPA EVENT.​​
