Rodeo Ready is now an app!

HPA uses the Rodeo Ready app to collect memberships, entries, and payments.  This system provides an easy, accurate, and seamless experience from entry to reporting placings and standings.  Times are fed automatically from our timer to the record keeping program to provide accurate results.

​

For the Competitor, your phone is your access to competitions, entries, draws, results and standings as well as personal results and personal profile.

​

For the Spectator, rodeo watching just became interactive, more informative, and more enjoyable.  The rodeo program is in the palm of your hand with live updates.

Pre-entries for all events are REQUIRED!

No entries will be accepted the day of the event. The deadline to pre-enter will be the Wednesday before the playday by 11pm.  The books will be closed at this time.  The run order will be posted Friday evening after 5pm.  Any contestants contacting HPA to enter after the books have closed and before the run order has been posted will be charged a $50 late fee per contestant.  On a positive note, late fees are earmarked to fund our Scholarships! No late entries will be accepted after the run order has posted on Friday.

Determine what age group your child will be competing in based on their age as of July 1, 2023.

When you register, you will be asked to read and acknowledge the Release of Liability.  Your entry confirms your agreement to this release.

It is your responsibility to understand and abide by the rules of the organization.  You can find a link to the rules on the Playday Event Info page.

Email a photo of the contestant's birth certificate (for age verification) and negative Coggins test to hallettsvilleplayday@gmail.com.  We require these documents before your child can compete.
