Enter the Event

• Select the "Playday/Gymkhana" tab

• Click on Future at the top of the screen and find the HPA event.

• Check the events you want to enter     

• SELECT THE APPROPRIATE AGE GROUP AS OF JULY 1, 2026.

• Click PAY to submit payment​

• You will receive an email acknowledging your entry.

• You will receive a Message through the Rodeo Results app with a link to upload Coggins papers for all horses that you will bring to the premises, as required by the LEA.

Pre-Entry is REQUIRED!

No entries will be accepted the day of the event. The deadline to pre-enter will be the Wednesday before the playday by 11pm.  The books will be closed at this time.  The run order will be posted Friday evening after 5pm.  Any contestants contacting HPA to enter after the books have closed and before the run order has been posted will be charged a $50 late fee per contestant.  Late fees are earmarked to fund our Scholarships. No late entries will be accepted after the run order has posted on Friday. ​
